# What we need from OKELIS

To take the portfolio from draft to final. Grouped by what blocks what.

---

## 1. Blocking publication

These must be resolved before the document can go out.

| # | Item | Why it blocks | Where it lands |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1.1 | **Client naming approval** for every project shown by name, in particular **Amazon Data Center** | Naming a client without consent is a commercial and legal risk | Pages 24, 25 |
| 1.2 | **Confirm the duplicate**: entries 24 and 25 in your list are both "Al Riyad School RD79", same stage, same scope, same rating. Is one a second package, or a duplicate row? | The register says 25 projects. If it is a duplicate the count becomes 24 and every statistic changes | Pages 2, 24, 25 |
| 1.3 | **Registered address, email address and website** | The back cover currently shows placeholders | Page 29 |
| 1.4 | **Certification body logo usage**: confirm whether you want LEED, BREEAM, Estidama, WELL and Mostadam marks shown, and confirm each organisation's trademark permission | Marks are omitted from the draft pending this | Pages 7, 23 |
| 1.5 | **Sign-off on all narrative copy** | Every word is proposed by us and written to the brief's tone. It describes your methodology, so it must be true of how you actually work | Throughout |

## 2. Project data

For each of the 25 projects in your register:

| Field | Status |
|---|---|
| Project name | Have it |
| Stage, scope, target rating, status | Have it |
| **Gross floor area (m²)** | **Needed** |
| **Client name** | **Needed** |
| **Completion year** | **Needed** |
| **Photography** | **Needed**, see section 3 |

A simple spreadsheet with those four columns against the existing 25 rows is enough.

**Also useful, not essential:** for the three or four projects you most want to lead with, a
short note on the technical challenge and what OKELIS did about it. Two or three sentences
each. That fills the case study template on page 26 with something real.

## 3. Photography

The generic architectural imagery in the draft is indicative only. It is there to show the
layout working, and should be replaced.

**Project photography, highest value first:**

1. **Red Crescent Headquarters** — hero image, portrait or landscape, exterior
2. **Amazon Data Center** — exterior
3. **Al Sader Schools** — exterior or interior
4. **International Community School** — exterior
5. Any other completed project you are proud of

**Also needed:**

- **Simulation screen captures** from IES VE and eQUEST: a 3D thermal model view, an energy
  results screen, a daylight heat map. These go on pages 16, 17 and 18 and are more
  persuasive than photography for a technical reader.
- **Team or office photography**, if you want any. Not currently in the layout.

**Format:** highest resolution originals, JPEG or TIFF. Please confirm you hold the rights
to use each image, or name the photographer for credit.

## 4. Content decisions for you to make

| # | Decision | Options |
|---|---|---|
| 4.1 | **Cover** | Four options in the review link. A (façade grid), B (axonometric massing), C (irradiance ridgeline), D (technical section, light). Our recommendation is A or C |
| 4.2 | **Typeface** | Five pairings in the review link. Current setting is SF Pro |
| 4.3 | **Company description** | Confirm the legal entity name and how you want it written: "OKELIS Engineering Consultancy L.L.C. S.P.C." |
| 4.4 | **Vision, mission and values** (page 3) | Ours is proposed. If OKELIS has already agreed wording internally, send it and we will use yours |
| 4.5 | **Services listed** | The brief lists seven. Confirm you want all seven presented equally, given the register is weighted heavily toward Estidama and energy modelling |
| 4.6 | **Case study depth** | One full page per project, or the compact two-per-page format, or both |

## 5. Claims we need you to verify

Every one of these is currently stated as fact in the document. If any is wrong, tell us.

- OKELIS holds **Pearl Qualified Professional** and **Independent Commissioning Agent**
  appointments in-house, not subcontracted
- **19** projects included energy modelling
- **19** projects included PQP or ICA scope
- **9** projects targeted 2 Pearl, **15** targeted 1 Pearl, of which **2** were PVRS villas
- **18** completed, **7** ongoing
- **17** of 25 were engaged at design stage
- OKELIS uses **IES VE** and **eQUEST** for energy modelling
- OKELIS delivers to **ASHRAE 90.1 Appendix G**, **EN 15978**, **ISO 15686-5**,
  **ISO 14040/14044**, **GHG Protocol** and **ISO 14064**
- OKELIS offers ESG reporting against **GRI, TCFD, CDP and the UN SDGs**

The ESG, GHG, LCA and LCC service pages describe capability that is only lightly evidenced
by the project register. If some of these are offered but not yet delivered on a project,
say so, and we will adjust the wording so nothing overstates the record.

## 6. Nice to have

- Any **awards, memberships or accreditations** (USGBC, Estidama, ISO certification)
- **Team size and key CVs**, if you want a people page added
- **Client testimonials**, with permission to quote
- Preferred **social media and website URLs** for the back cover

---

## How to send it

One folder with:

```
/photos          project photography, named by project
/simulations     IES and eQUEST screen captures
project-data.xlsx    GFA, client, completion year against the 25 rows
copy-comments.pdf    or comments left directly on the review link
```

Comments left on the review link come back to us automatically, so marking up the draft
there is the fastest route for anything about layout or wording.
